Shadow Without A Name 1360-1363

In the period from 1356 to 1369 there was a lengthy civil war in Castille, occasionally compounded by the involvement of Aragon and Grenada. It is during this very period that Ximene and her associates are struggling to establish secure trading routes between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Inevitably Ximene becomes involved in the conflict and in the process rescues the illegitimate daughters of King Pedro from the clutches of the evil Du Guesclin.
