There are two preferred positions for these pages.

Before the advent of electronic publishing, this material was always found at the front of a book. It was perhaps easier then for readers who simply wanted to read the book to bypass this information but at the same time to be aware it was there.

In the E-Book world, however, this material at the front of the book was deemed to be an obstruction to those wanting to read the story and it is usually consigned to the end.

We have chosen to comply with the new standard despite the flexibility of our tables of contents and  menus.It just seems more appropriate
